ISHMAEL, M’Lou Age 73 of Fort Collins, Colorado, formerly of Rohnert Park, California died Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at Spring Creek Health Care Center, her home for the past year and a half. Cremation has been completed and her remains are to be buried in the family cemetery in San Jose, CA.
Mary Lou Cline was born May 8, 1933 in Sharon, Kansas to Emmitt and Virginia Cline. She grew up in Campbell, CA and lived formerly in San Jose and Rohnert Park. She graduated from San Jose State University and began a career in marketing.
She married Paul Ishmael on August 30, 1980 in Fremont, CA and together they owned and operated “More Power To You, Inc.” a marketing Company.
M’Lou attended Unity Church. She enjoyed Belly Dancing, water skiing, hiking, camping and anything in nature and outdoors. She was a poet, more like a frustrated non-published writer. She traveled all over the world; was a very positive, upbeat, affirming and complimenting person. She saw the beauty in every person and seemed to touch people, especially at Spring Creek, as a friend and not simply a patient. M’Lou was also very appreciative of all.
Survivors include her husband, Paul also of Spring Creek; children, Cindy Tostado of San Jose, Keith Pellemeier of San Luis Obispo, Greg Pellemeier of Scotts Valley, CA, Brett Pellemeier of San Jose and Doris Mathieu of Bellvue, CO; Step-children, Steve Ishmael of Allen, WA and Carl Ishmael of Cheyenne, WY; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. M’Lou was preceded in death by her step-daughter and step-son, Jane Wilman and Bill Ishmael.
A gathering in celebration of her life will take place at lunchtime on Sunday, July 9th, 2006 at Vasona Lake County Park in Los Gatos.
Please contact Greg Pellemeier at 831.335.2983 for more details.
The family suggests that any donations please be made to Hospice of Larimer County, 305 Carpenter Road, Ft. Collins, CO 80525.
